Student Loan Consolidation?

I’m just about to graduate from a private college and have a good amount of debt (private and federal). I have been looking into consolidating with Sallie Mae (most of my loans are through them) and it seems like a good deal. However, I also get consolidation mailings from companies like NelNet and Student Loan Xpress and was wondering if anyone has dealt with them before. SM and the other companies all compute your interest as a weighted average so they seem pretty similar. Specifically, StudentLoan Express (a CIT company) says I can get a rebate AND deductions off of my interest rate when I do an automatic payment. I’m just wondering if anyone has used these companies and/or places with rebates. I don’t need too much detail with interest rates and such because I understand all of those things (finance major) but anything else would really help. Thanks!

Good ideas for 60 yr old birthday gifts……?

Hey there!

My mom is turning 60 this year and I needed some help with ideas. She is also battling cancer (2nd time around) and birthdays mean a lot to a cancer survivor/fighter.

I want to get her a few things, but in multiples of 60. I’m not thinking any too extravagent, but I need help!

I was thinking about getting her 60 of her 6 favorite Jelly Belly’s—she LOVES those. Maybe 60 X & O’s (kisses & hugs) on a card, etc. Please help me to come up with more ideas! I know you people have it in you!

where can i find coupons for six flags over texas tickets for an adult?

I need to take my daughter to six flags before aug. 6th. she was rewarded a free ticket from school this last year due to here great ability to read well. I on the other hand wasn’t and it cost more than i can afford to pay for me to get in with here. i’m in need of some couponsfor myself in order to keep my promise to take her.

How do I get rid of spam email?

I accidently pushed the wrong button on one of those surveys for free $25.00 dollar gift cards and when I tried to get out of it it would not let me. Now I get about 500 spam emails every day that I can not stand. How do I get my email off of their lists? When I tried to unsubscibe to some of them it does not go thru and most do not have one. I can not change my email address because I have had this one for such a long time and I am about ready to pull my hair out. Is there some website that you can go to to completely remove your email from any of those lists brokers spam email mass mailings? Any help would be appreciated, and if you are a lists broker get another job and stop annoying people with your supposed free stuff. Thanks

Where to find a Jeff Gordon Album for trading cards?

I’ve tried posting this question in the proper place and have had little response. Sorry I’ve posted it here but I figure I’ll get more responses. Thanks for understanding. :)

I’ve searched on Ebay and at the Nascar Store online and have had no luck. I would like to find and purchase a Jeff Gordon Trading Card Album. The love of my life has collected Jeff Gordon items for about 10 years now. He has nearly everything imaginable … except for a trading card album to store his trading cards. I’d like to get him one as part of his birthday gift. His birthday is October 17th. Can anyone help me please??? I appreciate your help! God bless!

Also, I’ve thought about making him one myself but, I’m not very crafty and it would end up in disaster. Just thought you’d like to know that.
There has to be someone out there who can help me. Geez… this is the third time I’ve tried asking this question. Please answer. Thanks
