I own a small Franchise sandwich shop we roll our sandwiches in tortillias, and my sales have dropped by 30% in 1 year, I have not changed the way the place looks, the company has changed the menu, by adding several popular sandwiches. I have tried radio, Papers, used coupons, I treat everyone that walks in the doors with the utmost respect but something is missing, I’m looking for a creative way to get people to come here rather then eating at Mcd’s or wendys, this is good healthy food, in a community that loves brats, steak potatos and beer..
